Contact us

Email hello@tikitsl.com. We aim to reply within one working day (Freetown time). In the app you can also go to the Me tab → Contact support, which adds your app version to the message for you.

Please include:

  • The email address on your TikiT account.
  • The event name and date.
  • Your order reference or ticket number, if you have one.
  • What happened, and a screenshot if something looks wrong.

Payments and tickets

  • If a payment seems stuck, do not pay again. Keep the app open for a few minutes — tickets appear automatically once the payment is confirmed. If they still do not appear, email us with your order reference.
  • Your tickets are in the Tickets tab and stay available offline once they have loaded.
  • You can transfer a ticket to someone with a TikiT account from the ticket's screen. The ticket then moves to their account.
  • If an event is cancelled you will be notified, and its tickets are no longer valid for entry. Refunds are the organizer's responsibility (see our Terms); contact us with your order reference and we will help you reach them.

Report an event or organizer

If an event listing looks like a scam, is offensive, or has wrong or misleading details, tell us:

  • In the app, open the event and tap Report this event near the bottom of the screen, then choose a reason.
  • Or email hello@tikitsl.com with the event name and what is wrong. To report an organizer, include the organizer's name.

TikiT reviews every report within 24 hours. The organizer is not told who reported their event.

Organizers

  • For help setting up events, ticket tiers, door scanning or payouts, email hello@tikitsl.com from the address on your organizer account.
  • If TikiT takes down your event and you think it was a mistake, reply to the takedown email or email hello@tikitsl.com to appeal — include the event name.
